We accept exchanges on eligible items within the same 15-day window.

4. Return Method & Costs

Returns are made by mail. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. There is no restocking fee.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 days.
